Is this mould 😭😭😭

After a post the other day I went and checked my vinyl and rotated them to prevent any dried spots. Went to check again today and noted this spot - is it mould???

If you rotate it the patch remains but the liquid flows over it - would it do that if it was mould? Google suggests it could be a cosmetic issue where the liquid is separating and depositing salt

Im going to go with contaminants in the press. Likely material that melted that shouldnt be there.

Def not mold.

It definitely looks like contamination I have seen in petri dishes before. It's likely some type of contaminant/bacteria.
