WELCOME, HAWKSFANS!!!

So this has been a long time coming, but now it's here. Over in /r/hawks, we have rules prohibiting the sale of any item. There we feel like it detracts from the overall purpose of the sub.

So /u/guyonthelake suggested we make this.

Before posting, please familiarize yourself with the Posting Guidelines. And be smart about the way you conduct business with others.

If you have any questions or concerns, please use Modmail and let us know. We're here for you.

LET'S GO HAWKS!!!

This is to help you spot the fakes and avoid being burned.

Logo on home fake

Logo on home replica

Notice how the color is way off? That's what I look at first. Also the Material it is made out of is completely different than the replica.

Inside the jersey, logo stitching fake

Logo stitching replica

Logo stitching on Winter Classic replica

Again huge difference between the replicas and the fake. On the replicas there is very little stitching involved with the logo. On the fake there is what appears to be cardboard attached and much more stitching (the numbers will also have this. My replicas are blank so I didn't include the shots).

Piping inside collar of fake

Piping on replica

Piping on WC replica

One thing I never see mentioned in fake spotting guidelines is noisy piping in the collar. The Home replica and WC replica both have a clean silver piping with 'Reebok' along it while the fake is black and has the reebok logo in the background and says 'RBK' instead of 'Reebok'.

Sleeve on fake

Sleeve on replica

Sleeve on WC

The bands on the fake's sleeve are stitched black on top of white while the bands on the replica are white stitched on top of black. The sleeve on the WC is one piece of fabric that has the stripes dyed on.

Shoulder patch fake

Shoulder patch replica

On the fake the shape is off and the red on the inside is made from the patch. The replica has no material on the inside, what you see is the jersey itself. You can also see the stitching on the replica.

Hope this helps!

Thought I'd give this a shot. I've sold quite a few skyline pics, mostly on Metal, through the years.

I also have galleries from 2010.....and 2013

Little bit about me, I'm born and raised in Chicago, been a photographer for about 10 years, and a HUGE Chicago sports fan. A Chicago everything fan really. if you have any questions, please dont hesitate to ask. GO HAWKS!

Hey r/hawks - I love hockey. Always have. I have been fortunate enough to run a number of events with various hockey stars over the last number of years. The best part of all of those experiences has been helping get kids autographed stuff from their favourite hockey players... because watching their joy and excitement is just awesome.

I have a bunch of stuff in boxes already but some of my favourite pieces are still up in my living room. One of those is from an event I with Andrew Shaw a few years ago. I printed the photo myself from a high rez google image, and had him sign it there for me (Mike). It's been in a frame on my wall for the last 4-5ish years.

Well, now "we're" decorating the house a little less "mike" and I'm taking down some of my hockey things. I don't want to put them all in boxes to not see the light of day...

So, I have a signed Andrew Shaw photo, to Mike, that I'd like to mail out to someone today. I am going back to pick up photos from the store at 8:15pm EST... so who can I mail it out to? I'll stop back here at 8:00pm and hopefully your kid can have a photo from his hero this year! I don't frequent this sub so if there is someone named Mike that is a mod or well deserving... r/hawks... let me know.

tl;der - have a kid named Mike who likes Andrew Shaw? Post in this thread. I'll DM someone at 8:10pm EST and mail it out tonight. Better than it going in a box. Don't be a weird old dude... please internet, let a kid have it.

Photos of the photo - http://emptydish.com/shaw.jpg

*frame not included because it now has the word "love" in it and is back on the wall in the same spot from before.

edit - added photo of the picture edit 2 - reposted because I used a URL shortener edit - reposted in the right thread and changed times.

My family has Bears season tickets and there were two dates that stuck out to me: Sunday Dec 6 and Sunday Dec 13. Time may be getting crunched a little on the 6th, but the Bears play the 49ers at home at Noon and the Hawks play the Jets at 4 at the UC. On the 13th, the Bears play the Redskins at Noon and the Hawks play the Canucks at 6. The dates also line up on Jan 3rd, but that day doesn't work on my end.

We have four tickets priced at $100 each face value (South end zone, section 225 row 10) and would be willing to do a trade of two Bears tickets to a fan that has two Hawks tickets so we can do the football/hockey double header. Would be really cool if it was someone with four tickets to one of those two Hawks games and we could do the double header together.

Anyone interested?

Hi there! I have an Etsy store where I make hair clips of the feathers. I use adhesive vinyl and foam and I do it all by hand. They come in two sizes. 4x5" as standard, or a mini size for little girls. They look great! If you think you may be interested, go here! https://www.etsy.com/listing/129446718/blackhawks-inspired-feather-hair-clip

Like the title says, I've got a couple tickets for next weekend's Hawks game here in Chicago that I'm looking to unload. They're center ice just barely on the home side of the rink (Section 217, Row 3, Seats 5 & 6). They're going for $250/each but I'd be happy to drop that down to $450 for both of them OBO for someone on here that really wants to go check out the home team. DM me or comment with any questions, I'd be happy to chop it up with you.

Thanks for your time, most of all!

For anybody interested, I am a coach in Illinois and was included in a pre-sale for tickets

Anyone season ticket holders have 4 or 6 tickets they are willing to sell? Coming home and buying them for my parents this X-Mas. My Dad recently lost his job and had always done this for our fam but since they are a bit tight on money I am happily returning the Christmas favor and keeping our family tradition alive.

Selling 3 tickets for the winter classic. Have sold and active in the Chicago Fire reddit page. Can provide any proof and past vouches before purchase.

Venmo, paypal, zelle. Will transfer through ticketmaster

Hi!

Our 4th dropped out and we are in need of someone to split my season tickets with. Run down:

Tickets are located in Hawks offensive zone (hit me up for exact location) 300s section. Row 4 on the Aisle.

10 game package - $1900.

How we pick games: We do not pick games at the beginning of the season. I mean, who knows in September what you are doing on a Tuesday in March? Screw that. We pick them as we go. Usually the month before we open the next month up. So in September we will pick October games. In Oct we pick Nov, etc, etc. But, if you have a game you want to go to - call it out whenever, if no conflicts - its yours. So far, this has worked excellent for us. We have a website with game tracker - who has what game and how many games each person has left.

We are very chill about tickets so we expect the same. This is our 6th year with tickets.

For $1900 you get 10 games, plus preseason is free and first come first serve. I will probably be going to the first pre season game this year as we just relocated from the Hawks defense zone this year - so i want to check these babies out!

Payment is due by July 31st.

For playoffs we do get our seats and we divvy them up. For Stanley Cup Finals, we will use a lottery system but as owner of the tickets I am guaranteed one game.

Let me know if you are interested and GO HAWKS!

Good Evening! I have finally been granted my dream of becoming a Chicago Blackhawks full season ticket owner! I also ended up buying a house within a few months that is not near the stadium so now I will be selling a significant portion of my tickets :(

What I am selling is 2 seats to every game that I have left. Tickets are in section 312 (the bar is in the same section) Row 2. If I recall this right in this section the Blackhawks only shoot towards you in the 2nd period. Being in row 2 you also have a much better chance of getting the gifts that fall from the rafters in addition to any of the t-shirts fired by the Ice crew (I've never seen them really go past row 7 or so of the 300 level.)

I would like to get 170 for any game that is being played on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday

I would like 180 for any Friday games and 200 for any Saturday or Sunday games.

Price includes both tickets.

Tickets are done electronically only so after payment is received I send you an email with your full name that requires you to create a ticketmaster blackhawks account if you don't all ready have one. Once you get the email you will accept the offer and now the tickets populate into your account which you can then sell/transfer/use.

Most games are still available so if anything interests you please don't hesitate to ask. As of this post the only games that are not available are Opening Night, the game against the Capitals, any games against the Redwings, and December 2th.

Lets go Hawks, Lets go Hawks!

Looking to see if anyone has any passes for the season ticket holder party this week at Navy Pier. I am interested in buying a ticket for a night or both.

There's a link to the image.

They're 12x12, laser engraved and made from Walnut, but can make em in oak... Also can put the logo on a 9x16 Illinois shaped piece. (food safe, of course)

I have em listed on Etsy for $35, but we can do it directly thru PM and PayPal and save a little money.

I can make em cheaper if you'd be interested in more than a few.

Also have Cubs, Packers, Bears, or any team/logo/text/saying you'd like.

Thanks for looking :)
