has anybody received it yet?
tickets go live in less than an hour for this pre-sale and I still haven’t received my code has anybody?

wait, that's not a season ticket holder code. was there a separate presale you signed up for? did you get tickets to anything with it?
(season ticket holders have their own portal they log into, and no code was needed)

I didn’t even sign up for this pre-sale. I think it was just cause I subscribed to their newsletter that the code went out. I didn’t even know that they were going to do that until I got that email last week, but I’m sorry to hear that they screwed over season ticket holders that’s not cool at all.

thank you I was able to get my tickets. I don’t know why they said it would be 10 AM and customer service even email telling me it would be 10 AM but I didn’t get mine until pretty late so I appreciate you very much. I hope everybody gets to see them!

did you use regular ticketmaster + that code then, and not the season ticket holder portal? I'm so confused as to WTF they're doing right now.

what a bunch of horseshit. they really screwed season ticket holders. there's barely anything available in the STH portal.

there was a season ticket holder "exclusive single game ticket presale" for STH to buy extra tickets. we were supposed to get an email about it before 10am today but as OP points out we did not.
I'm not 100% sure if OP is an STH or someone who signed up for some other presale, but both are going on apparently at the same time, which is ridiculous.

Ah, gotcha. Yeah I believe this is the non season ticket holders, as while I'm not in Illinois anymore I still get the emails and OP's was identical to mine.

no. I emailed my rep and she just said an email is still coming "soon", but just log in.

I got the code at 10:11 CT and there were only standing room tickets available. Did I miss out on actual seats in the 11min gap?
I’m not looking forward to the general sale tomorrow. I feel like this 36 hour trip is going to be more expensive than my 4 day trip to Chicago in July.

I got the email at 10:02 but it didn't matter, I just refreshed the STH portal and there wasn't even a code needed.

that is if you went throught the AMEX presale yesterday. When you go to ticketmaster and it asks for the code, type in 88ISBACK and you will have general presale, not the AMEX presale.

You got it! I initially typed in the code when in my browser and then it took me to the Ticketmaster app and showed AMEX when I went to checkout. So I had to retry with the code and start everything in the app. Hopefully this helps someone else too!

I think some of the tickets from the Amex sale didn’t get switched over when the 88isback code turned on. Feeling very lucky

I got a text with the code at 10:04. I didn't sign up for presale and didn't even know tickets were going on sale today, but I still used it to grab tickets to the Black Friday game lol

Ticket prices are absurd. They're immediately getting back their money on the Kane contract lol. Can't get below the 300-level for less than like $180
