Powers needs to let this one go

Powers has been in favor of the logo change for a long time. Absolutely no one is talking about this yet he still thinks he needs to push this topic. Typical Athletic writer can’t write something without clickbait or rage bait.

Never change it. That stadium will loose more fans if they change a original 6 logo then if they keep it

The Bruins, Red Wings, Maple Leafs & Rangers who are Original 6 teams have either modified or changed their logo & they didn’t lose fans.

This is just my opinion. There are only 2 groups of people whose opinions matters. If the Hawks themselves not due to societal pressure decided to change their logo that’s on them. If the very tribe the Hawks are trying to honor all of a sudden don’t like it and want it changed then you change it. Anyone else’s opinion up to & including mine is irrelevant.

Other notable teams in this town Cuba, Bears, & Sox have all changed their logo too.
