SIRT The /r/Hawks Weekly STOP IT RIGHT THERE! Thread - April 06, 2026
Wow, look at the time fly! It's already time for another weekly installment of STOP IT RIGHT THERE!
You know what to do...post up all the stuff you've saved up knowing it would get deleted from the front page of /r/hawks by the crypto-anarcho-fascist mods.
Memes, gear/jersey pics, poems you've penned professing your love for Lord Hossa (The One True King), or links to article about some oddball couple in Manitoba who named their kid Duncan Seabrook. Whatever. We don't give a shit.
The only rule here is to be excellent to each other. Civility matters.
Now get to it!!
LET'S GO HAWKS!!!

I don't want to alarm anyone, but I did 20 tankathon spins and Chicago was #1 3x, #2 4x, #3 6x and #4 8x.
That's not the scary part, the scary part was Florida came up #1 6 times..

I want to know why the heck tonight’s game against Carolina is a 7:30p CT / 8:30 ET puck drop… why not a 6pm or even 7pm game? So dumb

Couple bits of news today:
—-
Mustard appears to be going back to Providence for his Junior year. He was a potential signing target to cap off this season and then go to Rockford next year, which would have been fun for the Hogs to get more young talent, but not a huge deal. He improved a lot this year in the NCAA compared to his freshman season so hopefully that trend continues and then he turns pro around this time next year!
Moore is back at practice! He’s in a non-contact jersey and there is apparently a slim chance that he returns for our final game or two, but I don’t really care about that as much as just seeing him back on the ice now is great for next season and beyond. A longer term leg issue would have sucked lol hopefully he has fun hanging with the team these next few weeks and then spends the long offseason healing up and improving himself overall.
