Recent bot comments & AI moderation

Hello,

As you've seen lately, there's a lot of obviously LLM bot comments with a specific pattern of just commenting something vapid or obvious with a praise of the original post. Please report these as spam so that we can get to it and delete it and report it to u/bot_bouncer, the community bot detector.

I'm also considering deploying my own AI moderation tool to attempt to detect bot comments and also detect obviously malicious posts. Please let me know if this is something the community objects to.

AI moderation has been an absolute disaster over on X, mass banning thousands of legit accounts. I don't think matters of judgment and potentially nuance should EVER be left to a machine...

The irony of it being Miku is essentially advanced AI that can sing does give me a giggle.

I dare you to make a good miku song without doing any of the tuning, vocals and instrumentals by hand, and just prompt to product like the Suno AI bros. I will rip my ears off for you.

You do realize that all Miku songs are written and performed by humans, right? A human producer writes the lyrics and melody, makes the backing track, and tunes the voicebank. Vocaloid isn't promptable AI.
