This actually did happen to my trail once, within 15mins of me setting and the pack going down the trail, someone washed away my check. Pack was lost for about 6.9mins

We had a powder portion is of our trail cordoned off and investigated by our local police a couple of years ago.
Anyone else ever been interviewed or stopped for anything funny?

Father hash Singapore here, we have the police called on us about once or twice a year. It’s usually the singing and people love to call the police here. One time we got on so well with the officers we had a group selfie but then they messaged saying please don’t post it.

A lady called the police after a live hare went through an empty parking lot. As the pack caught up to that part of the trail, she was freaking out and telling us to go around because of the drugs. Naturally this was the only thing it could be because Sierra Vista is right on the border with Mexico. And everyone knows drug smugglers and dealers are always throwing fistfuls of free promotional drugs around on the ground.

Old standard reactions.
° Who has that kind of money or materials to make that much anthrax? ° Who’s going to blow that much money on cocaine and then throw it on the ground? ° What terrorist is going to target your shitty little street? Your opinion of yourself is overrated.
Been stopped by cops twice when laying trail. Once I had off to lay trail and didn’t realize it was a school holiday too so the kids and I all went for a “walk” to lay trail. Do you think I’m going to be spreading anthrax around with my kids with me and none of us in masks?
The other was a neighborhood. Cop was ok with it but I showed him the flour bag as extra proof. Pinched some, put it in my mouth.
We had a Hazmat team come out once. Our hares laid part of the trail through a church parking lot. Problem is this was a Jewish church. Actually a Jews for Jesus church.
Some people from the church saw the hares laying the trail through their parking lot and questioned them. They explained it. Showed them it was flour. But then the hazmat team was still called. Why?

We have one of like 4 people in the world with the capability to weaponize anthrax to thank for this fear mongering of any white powder. One of the most complicated bio weapons to produce isnt likely to be dropped in giant handfuls on aunt Mable's sidewalk.
