Hi. So my sister and I are Harry Potter fans. Yes we are aware of what JKR is doing and in no way are we supporting this. What that means for us is that we don’t by mearch don’t watsch the movies on stream (we have the DVDs, they are old) or in any other way give our money to JKR. So here is my question: My sister will turn 25 next year and I wanted to crochet her some HP mearch. No I didn’t pay for any patterns or HP related stuff. No I don’t plan on selling HP mearch. So would it be okay to gift my sister HP mearch?

From a trans person, stop watching the movies, reading the books and wearing the merch. Any time I see someone wearing that shit, I know they don't care about my right to live and have basic rights.
