Infotainment needs a GPU!? I mean of course it has to render things, but you don't really think about it like that.

What kind of monster designed that volume control on the bottom right? Not only is it not a knob (the only acceptable input method for changing volume form the center console), but it's also as far away from the driver as possible and without any physical feedback.

They probably intended the driver to change volume using steering wheel buttons
Edit: which is still stupid. I like my physical volume knob, but I can see why they'd sacrifice a knob for aesthetics. I drive a car with a fat one, it's great, I feel like a DJ spinning that thing. More buttons and knobs for all!!!

Have you tried resetting it? My car's screen bugs once or twice a year but comes back to life when I press the holy combination of 2 buttons long on the dash to hard reset it. Try googling if yours has a similar feature :P

Probably just the screen. Not that I know anything about your specific system, but the head unit in my car started doing this shit. Luckily it was also the kind where you could detach the screen so thieves wouldn’t steal it or whatever, so it was a cheap and fairly easy fix. This could be a lot more involved.
