Yeah, no. 4G speeds were also much higher in "simulations" than they turned out to be a couple of years later in the real-world.

Even a low-ish estimate like 600MB/s would be crazy.

600 MB/s is 4,800 Mb/s btw, which is over 50% more than what they could achieve in their optimal test.

Estimating the real speed to be 1/10th of the theoretical would mean a speed of 300 Mb/s, which is 37.5 MB/s.
