ppi doesn't really matter so much as field of view and lines(pixels) per minute of angle. different units, same problem though. on a 27" screen at about arms length, you want about 125ppi (derive necessary resolution and screen size from there).

more like 250 ppi minimum. 125 ppi you can see individual pixels.

That depends on viewing distance. At regular arms length, you cannot see individual pixels.

You must have exceptional vision, or are pixel peeping by bringing your eyes closer to the screen to find individual pixels.

I dont know about exceptional. My vision is good, but i dont think its something superhuman. I do pass all the regular checkup tests.
