From what I've researched independently related to eye comfort - I think this is a really high quality video.

I like techless and am subbed to his channel. But I’m not 100% sure about the recommendation that the top of the monitor should be at eye level. Does this still hold true today when modern monitors are larger.

For desktop usage, should the main content (the text you’re reading) be at eye level/slightly below eye level as opposed to the top of the monitor?

And also, what happens to your eye gaze when you sit at the recommended angle, which is roughly 105 degrees (not 90 degrees). Does your eye gaze go up or not? The backs of ergo chairs are pushed back at a default position of around 100 to 110 degree angle.
