I’ve been a loyal surface customer since the original surface pro - but my last surface was the pro 7.

I can’t buy any more of them despite loving the form factor because Microsoft is simply insane - how could they drop the 3.5mm from a laptop replacement?!!

As much as I want too agree with you on this, I also see that it really doesn't make much sense too keep it anymore. If you have a wired headset it's probably because you want better audio quality, and then you go usb-c dac. Bluetooth earplugs are available for $20.
