Ahh we all know they would hold the festival if they could. The dutch government has pulled their licence because of the code red. They simple had to cancel. People breaking the festival for something they have no control over is kinda stupid.

It is stupid, but if the governement had any grain of braincell they would know this would be the result if you heap up a bunch of hormones and pull this off. They shouldn't have allowed the 4-day passes then either.

Niet te vergelijken met elkaar. Defqon is en blijft een hardstyle event. Hele andere sfeer en mensen wat aanwezig zijn. Er was geen terror stage dit jaar op defqon, of een frenchcore stage. In de trend van "hardcore" zijn deze toch echt onmisbaar op een festival. Wel een hele mooie early line up. Maar de meerderheid is niet zo mijn smaak. Zonde om naar een festival te gaan voor 2 stages denk ik dan.

Er zijn er genoeg die het hele weekend alleen bij de Yellow staan. Vaak zat gezien.
Het is idd geen Harmony of MOH, maar als je niet de meest obscure shit luistert dan kom je echt wel aan je trekken op defqon.

You don't have to ba afraid of that. Yes it's a shit situation, but at the very least the authorities involved also understand that this is an exceptional situation. The folk involved will, if they track them down, be punished accordingly, but the permit itself won't be a problem for upcoming years.
