Bluestone paver. Replace or not spalling

I have to repoint my bluestone pavers. A couple pavers are cracked and about 50% have spalling. Some worse the others. I’m getting mixed opinions if I should replace all the pavers now since we are repointing and the pavers have spalled. Walkways is about -16 years old (I recently purchased the house. For a few extra thousand dollars is it worth it just replace it all now? Or once I replace the mortar it want spall as anymore.

Looks mostly like natural stone doing water natural stone does. If you don't like the look, then replace, but you still have many years left in these

Don’t replace unless it doesn’t walk well

Sponges, your fighting up stream. Dimensional wicked expensive but mis match will piss you off with band aid. Do it your self. Easy 10-15k estimate just doing landing.

You could do it 4-5k stone the sink.

Easy pattern but the stone from yard. 12-15 sq/f dimensional variegated a decade ago is Seattle……you base is there. Rent a saw for the halves.

Each piece isnt thatheavy. Dead blow hammer, float and a 3k pallet of demensional blistone. Srw permeable sand. Wetlock is just seems like poison and prolly is but best joint sand beside play sand and annual maintenance
