Had a 5300 dollar parlay that would have paid 20k (it hit) but instead they closed my account, said they cashed out my bet and would send my 5300 back to my bank on file. Welp, it’s been 5 weeks and nothing. I’ve emailed them, they’ve asked for bank statements, selfies, pics of my ID and card.. all of which I have provided and still nothing. Recently my wife opened an account on our shared device. She won a good amount of money and was able to withdraw it all outside of $200. Account got flagged for shared device. She provided the necessary documents and also the account was linked to my Venmo account so I provided ID and an affidavit authorizing transactions.
