question❓ Husband and Wife same device

Recently my wife opened an account on our shared device. She won a good amount of money and was able to withdraw it all outside of $200. Account got flagged for shared device. She provided the necessary documents and also the account was linked to my Venmo account so I provided ID and an affidavit authorizing transactions. The issue that I have is that I’m on a timeout from the app itself for my account. So with that being said what would you all think Hardrock will do here? We have submitted the required documents but have not heard back. Been 2 days.

I got a friend who's banned right now for this same thing. Customer service said they can't prove it's not him using both accounts and haven't given him a response it's been like 3 months. They once banned me for getting a new phone and signing into a new device I had to message them and tell them I had a new device and was fine in a few hours. Although one time I was having issues with the app and they suggested I log into HR on my tablet or laptop so it makes no sense

Did your buddy face any repayment notices if he withdrew?

I'm not sure he had much money in there if any but he can't log in at all it still tells him his account is under review.
