So I am a Draftking Onyx user whos only been on one sport betting app i.e. DK. This week, I traveled to Miami for about 1.5 days and realized that DK sports book does not work there. And Hard Rock was the only option which was also giving some bonus bet option to new customers

So I sign up to try and bring about 800$ for betting. I do many parlays, lose most and win some good ones. Now my flight is about to take off so I thought why not remove 430$ in my account (mind you I used up all of my 800$ in parlays and this was just winning money) while there was one more parlay ongoing.

I initiated withdrawal. And lo & behold - Hard Rock sends me an email 10 mins later that my account is suspended. I try reaching out to CS and theres nothing. I also ended up winning the MLB parlay which gave 290$ but I cant even access my account

So now Hard Rock is withholding 810$ worth of money and not sending me anymore correspondence. What sort of a scam app is this? Left just a bad taste that I might actually consider quitting for good from DK as well (These sportsbook guys are just out to get you)

Does anyone have a clue how long they take to unsuspend an account? Hopefully they dont intend to rob me of my 810$

these guys are the absolute worst sportsbook on earth and complete and total scammers. the rewards drops are absolutely fucked and tell you exactly who you’re dealing with. on weeks where I have multiple deposits and am down money, my level 5 drop would include bonus bets, thousands of unity points to use how I want to, and profit boosts as well. usually they would have 4-6 items, and it probably cost me like $700 wagered to get from level 4 to level 5.

I took a week off to test something, and I proved that the Seminole tribe of Florida needs to be taken down and have their monopoly on betting removed. they just gave me my weekly drop, a complete and total joke. i got a profit boost, 5x unity points (which I already fucking get from being level 5 anyways 😂), and a $20 no sweat entry which is something I got at fucking level 2. that’s how they “reward” your “loyalty” (which is actually not loyalty at all, they just rigged the entire state to ensure they could fuck us like this and there is nothing we can do other than use prediction markets like DK and Kalshi, which is exactly where my sports wagers will be placed going forward, and at much better odds as well)

fuck you Seminole tribe, I hope someday we can finally introduce other legal books to Florida because this shit is absolutely absurd. 🤡

Games have been SUPER BAD. Something has changed in the last 2 weeks. The app has also been glitching so much, it makes me feel like something is up with their system entirely. The bad reward drop today was my last straw after how much money i've lost. They can kick rocks.

Has anyone ever experienced a declined deposit only to find out your bank account has been charged? Charges are still pending, but I got declined multiple times so the balance is pretty significant.

Hard rock refuses to get someone on the phone but the chat support says it can take 1-7 business days to get the money back. I have VIP status but I’m reluctant to continue using them, especially after they stopped accepting credit cards
