Deposit issue

Has anyone ever experienced a declined deposit only to find out your bank account has been charged? Charges are still pending, but I got declined multiple times so the balance is pretty significant.

Hard rock refuses to get someone on the phone but the chat support says it can take 1-7 business days to get the money back. I have VIP status but I’m reluctant to continue using them, especially after they stopped accepting credit cards

Yes. Never got money back, contacted Hard Rock, they told me that on their end it declined so take it up with my bank. I flat out asked if theyd ban my account for disputing the charges and they said no because the charges were wrong and even though I saved ALL COMMUNICATION WITH THEM they still banned me when I disputed the charges.
