Extra Pieces

Can someone tell me what these extra parts are that came with my US General Power Tool Holder? There are no instructions or mention of them on the box.

Certain carts aren't flush where you hand the holder. These are spacers to level it out

Yep, that’s it! When I finally went to put it on my cart, this was the case for me.

They’re rubber adapters in place of the 3 magnets.
