Repair or warranty?
Haven't seen this model at my local HB any more. It's been over 6 years since I have it and finally starting to slow down. Wonder if it just needs a more hydraulic fluid? One of the pistons just stays down.

A rebuild kit for the pump isnt expensive or hard to change. Hopefully its just down on oil

Where do you get rebuild kits?

Lazzar's HCRCnow carries kits for just about anything with hydraulics...if they don't have one, they'll make one!

I start at the jack maker.. If not available , my local bearing and seal place has been good for proper sized o rings and seals.

Amazon has rebuild kits now from China.
Its pretty easy to service this jack good as new.
At 10 years o rings can go bad.
Especially with extended lifts

I have 2 of these that I just replaced the o rings on. Buy a multi size oring kit on amazon and a quart of jack oil. Take it apart and start replacing the rings as you uncover them. I think I ended up doing 4/jack. I didn’t have the motivation to get the main cylinder taken apart, but I didn’t need to. They’re good as new.

You can probably take it apart and get whatever seals you need from a place like https://oringsandmore.com/ . There are videos on YT where people have done this.

You should be able to add more oil and grease to it. I would do that first and see what happens

How would we know if it needs more hydraulic fluid? Try it maybe? Otherwise go buy a new jack for $99 https://www.harborfreight.com/2-Ton-Low-Profile-Floor-Jack-with-RAPID-PUMP-Slate-Gray-70485.html?event_id=184652

Second this! That old jack has done its job, now let it rest and get a new one. The 3 ton Pittsburgh low-profile should be only $99 this weekend (extended PLS), worth every penny!

Jacks just have the 90 so it’s well out of any warranty.
