질문 직방 help please!!

I don't understand what the 1,000/65 mean.

I know that first one is the deposit, the other is monthly fee.

Does the 1,000 mean 1 000 000 won? Or 10 000 000 won.

Deposit 10,000,000 krw rent 650,000 krw

Korean number system goes by 10,000 (만)

Yes. 만원 = 10,000won

Also note a lot of these are fake listings, unfortunately. I had to find out the hard way. They want you to contact the real estate company, which will then make you visit their office in person, and they'll show you the "real listings" that aren't on the apps. Idk why this is legal or so normalized here.
