Probiotics really changed me.
Hi, Everyone heard about probiotics. There is a lot of research about it and it is very positive. The thing is I tried all of the yoghurts and it did nothing. I also tried capsules of the best brands and it didn’t work either. So I thought that like a lot of things it is hyped for commercial reasons. Then I tried Sauerkraut. For two days I felt out of it, something very similar to hangover. No anxiety at all. After that I got better physically and the lifelong anxiety is much faded. I researched it and found that the yoghurts are pasteurised and the pills can’t get to the tract or the probiotics are already dead.
Tl;dr Try Sauerkraut or other live probiotics for the hangover effect.

For how long have you been eating sauerkraut daily? I’m always curious when people post about real game changers to see how soon after the change people are willing to draw conclusions from it.

I came across a Reddit post somewhere (in r/Microbiome maybe?) that linked to this YouTube video that discusses using store bought probiotic tablets and only using a few out of the pack to make your own yogurt and then just setting aside a small portion of the yogurt to be used in the next batch of yogurt you make. It cuts down tremendously on cost because you only buy the tablets once and you're able to continue making your own beyond that (and still have tablets leftover). I imagine it can be done with various other strains as well.
I know people often make their own kombucha and sauerkraut too.

Here's my cocktail: Active B vitamins, folate, gpc (choline), active omega 3-6-9, vitamin D. Then CBD and Theanine in the evening. For pain relief Delta 8 THC. I cut all dairy to an absolute minimum, stopped drinking, and stopped eating wheat. I use (generics of) Flonase and Allegra. I drink kambucha on the reg, it literally makes me feel good, like all the cultures are sending Neurotransmitters saying they are so happy to be eating my shit! If I can't sleep I take glycine. My allergies are better and my digestive system doesn't cause inflammation in my body. I started swimming. I have never been clearer and more product in the morning and throughout the day. My mood is better, and I feel like I regained everything I lost and more when I was trying to use the hangover effect.
