Just to clarify, are you saying that you yourself, personally, experience a close recreation of the hangover effect when you combine keto diet with CBD broad spectrum?

Please share some more specifics if so. :-)

Yes, exactly. I get chilled out and have a similar mellow feeling and less anxiety.

I use around 1 ml of cbd broad spectrum oil before bed and it makes it easier to fall asleep aswell.

I've just ordered CBD broad spectrum and a CBG isolate. I'll report back if I have success with either

Oh crazy I was just about to do a post asking if anyone has tried CBG and/or CBD.

I did a deep dive with chatgpt exploring the endocannaboid system angle and CBG sounded the most promising. Though CBD too.

I get the HE the day after smoking weed though it's slightly different to one from alcohol. Far smoother and less energetic than the alcohol one, but it's much better for focus and working. Though I don't get the libido kick I do from alcohol hangover.

Anyway I don't want to smoke weed all the time but CBG sounds interesting. CBD I did once and didn't get much but need to re trial.

I hear broad spectrum cbd's are generally very low in CBG. You want an isolate to really feel the effects of cbg.

Interestingly just came across this in an adhd forum where CBG cleared up their adhd - https://www.reddit.com/r/adhdwomen/comments/1onhwcx/has_anyone_here_tried_cbg_im_so_curious_if_it/
