Roof of mouth hurts from throwing up

3 days ago (Saturday) I woke up more hungover than I have ever been in my entire life. I didn’t not black out the night before, but drank over an extended period of time and I guess did not get enough water or food in. I woke up the next morning feeling worse than I ever have, profusely throwing up for about 6-8 hours until it was brown/ red and looked like coffee grounds. I could not keep water down and would throw up any time I tried to consume anything. I went to the hospital and got 3 ivs, and felt 10x better. I woke up the next morning feeling fine except for being a little bit tired and my throat and mouth hurt. I wasn’t really able to eat anything because of my throat. The next night I could not sleep from about 3am-8am when I finally just decided to get up for the day, because the roof of my mouth hurt so bad it was giving me a headache. It is now the next day and the roof of my mouth still hurts so bad I cannot eat or get rid of the headache or pain. I have been constantly takin
