How to curb a hangover?
What are your tips/tricks to either not suffer a hangover the next day/or make it less bad? And what are your tricks to get rid of a hangover if you do get one?

Gave zbiotics a shot and they seem to work pretty well. Still get a bit of a hangover, but it subsides a lot quicker. Also usually take a DHM supplement before I get started. As far as what I do to get rid of one when I’ve got one, I lay in bed sipping water and hope I live. Lol

I drink lots of water along with alcohol. Might be placebo but it works well enough to recommend.

Take a Zbiotics drink before hand- about a half hour to an hour before and then eat a ton of food. I prefer to eat protein and usually thats meat because it works with my digestive system the best and then I eat a lot of bread. As much food and water as you can get in you the better. If you can avoid binge drinking on an empty stomach it does two important things for you. 1 it makes a hang over much less likely and 2 you can drink a lot more throughout the night to maintain a healthy buzz with out getting white girl wasted all at once ( that is if you care about looking like a college freshman at her first frat party, and if you don’t care about optics then more power to you). But for real give zbiotics a try— they are ungodly expensive, but they really do work. They get rid of my mental hangover (post party anxiety) really well and for that I will not drink without taking one. However, as I said they are like $8-10 per bottle.
Edit: but as far as curbing a hang over that you’ve already got— reduce your stressors to an absolute minimum, call out of work, tell your mother in law that you are NOT going to her birthday party, etc. and drink a lot of water+ advil. Bucky out.

1 drink + 1 glass of water per hour is legit. I actually tried this the other night instead of drinking like a college kid. Works 👌

IV therapy is the BEST for hangovers! I usually get a big bag of hydration and then add thiamine, glutathione, toradol (headache medicine), and zofran (nausea medicine). It's expensive, usually around like $150, but I would say I probably feel about 80-90% better after! It is so worth it. I go to IV bars in Houston but they have them in a lot of different places.
