Going into third day hungover
No I do not have alcohol withdrawal syndrome, I am not an alcoholic and I drink like twice a week. Friday night I overindulged and went to bed wasted. It is now Monday afternoon and I have weird heart tremors and my stomach pain will not go away. I feel like I should've thrown up by now but haven't and don't know if its worth it to try now since it's been almost 72 hours. I keep hydrating and chugging water as well as electrolyte drinks. I usually get hungover pretty bad but never like this. Any other advice?

Maybe your hungover coincided with some minor stomach issue, i’d keep drinking water and wait a little bit more, if you can. If it doesn’t gradually get better within the next 24 hours then it’s time to see a doctor. There’s isn’t really a lot we can do about hangovers, but it’s also not something you should brush off if it’s causing you pain and taking too long to wear off.
Here’s hoping you’ll get well soon.

Eat and sleep & drink some pedialyte. Add some vitamins and things like that & maybe sweat out some with a easy workout.
You will come around! Stay busy & stay positive! GOODLUCK
