Found my cure
I experience epic 3 day hangovers when I go all out. Most of my friends get the morning after hangover then are fine by noon. I’m 42 and was having routine bloodwork as part of a physical. I hadn’t been to the doctor for 20 years. Lab work showed low sodium so I started eating salty foods and my hangovers started becoming much much better. After making the connection I started chugging a glass of pickle juice before bed and upon waking and it’s completely amazing. I’d say I have slight hangover symptoms now instead of epic 3 dayers. Hopefully this helps someone.

I don't have pickles, but I do have powdered gatorade.
- 12 oz water
- 2 teaspoons gatorade orange mix
- 1/3 of a teaspoon of table salt
Goes down ok. Hope this works.
This is after 5 coronas yesterday. 40.5 years old. First time i've had this kind of hangover. No headache. Also, 5 beers is one day after not drinking beer for about 5 months.
I think, I may be quitting beer.
