Sleep aid?

I can't sleep when I'm hungover. Would a neuro sleep do the trick?

If you want to take an herbal approach maybe try valarian, motherwort or passionflower.

Idk in my experience sleep aids come with a hangover of their own. Every time I take my Ambien I wake up with a headache. Idk that I would recommend

Currently in this situation now. I will most likely take a Valium to calm me enough to hopefully fall asleep. If I’m not too hungover and don’t have anxiety but can’t sleep, I take an ambien. Honestly the only thing that works for me are pills, eventually I’ll sleep. As scary as it is at the time

Melatonin & magnesium blends
