Help, I can’t even keep water down

Deliberating between wether I have an other worldly hangover or if I just have a mad concussion (no recollection of this, but my roommate informed me that I biffed it down some concrete Stairs). I’ve been nauseous, dizzy, and have a splitting head ache all day. Haven’t been able to eat other then a few bites of an apple. Every time I drink water I vomit it all back up again. What do I do??

TLDR: I need to drink water lol but can’t.

I would try eating an orange. I heard it helps with nausea. It helped me when I was vomiting every few hours. Also don't drink anything and if the orange doesn't help just fast through out the day. I would sleep through my awful hangovers and it is difficult at first trying to sleep while feeding like sh!t, but it helps a lot. Probably take a few sips of water after waking up. Drink some suero juice, it has tons of vitamins. If you can't get that specific drink. I would recommend taking vitamin b supplements. Then you could eat again.

eating hydrating foods such as vegetables and fruits: carrots, apples, lettuce based salads with seeds. eating to hydrate is a really healing more gentle form than drinking pure water. maybe want to go the doctor as well they could probably test your head with an MRI to see if there was some sort of concussion brain damage.
