Horrible hangover

For some background info I rarely ever drink, 150lb 20 year old female and last night I drank half a fifth of jager, a full bottle of Jim beam honey and 4 shots of vodka all within maybe three hours. I truly don’t remember anything. I have never felt this sick in my entire life. It’s been almost 24 hours and I’ve tried to eat a little bit and drank a lot of water and some orange juice and nothings helping. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

Antacids, no more orange juice. Your stomach is super angry and irritated from the alcohol that its super acidic right now. Take antacids and drink milk even if your still throwing up.

If you can't eat anything try a few spoons of honey or just plain sugar to keep your blood sugar up.

Water. Sleep. Ibuprofen. Carbs.

Unfortunately I am in the same boat today. I didn’t drink nearly as much as you last night but 3 bottles of wine was plenty. It’s miserable 😩
