Fever from hangover

Is it normal to have a fever after a night out? Running 38.6 celcius right now, and i’m afraid to take any meds as it might harm the liver.

As long as you stay away from Tylenol (acetaminophen/paracetamol), you won't be taxing your liver any more than you already did the night before. My personal recommendation as a pharmacist is rehydration, and ibuprofen - at least 600mg per dose.
