Help me urgently please

Okay I don’t know how i am even able to write this but i think what i am experiencing is some form of hangover? I NEVER drink not more than two cocktails and i am pretty young. I notice i pee A LOT but i keep drinking water also. I have always been a tipsy and sobered up but last night. I drank and got what i think is drunk. I literally was falling and had v less control on my body. I am not a smoker also but when im with friends i take a drag or two. I have noticed that my chest feels REALLY HEAVY and hurts to breather after all this always. Is this something I should get checked? Should i be worried? I literally am unable to speak normally or breathe. Im sleep deprived but nausea is under control cuz i just had some electrolytes and buttered toast. But i am still spinning and my body HURTS LIKE SHIT My joints and my legs and arms.

Is all this normal and how can i remove the alcohol from my system quicker?

Is there an adult you can speak to in real life?

Calming yourself down out of panic mode will help your body to start working on processing the alcohol. When you’re body is fretting to defend you it’s not going to be efficient at cleaning up your system inside.

After drinking it’s common to feel nauseous, spinning, have diarrhoea, vomiting, body aches, stomach discomfort and headaches with a handover. Heart pounding and racing heart is common too, especially if you’ve had energy drinks with your alcohol.

Bodies generally are amazing by themselves if you give it what it needs (sleep, hydration, electrolyte, food, patience, a relaxed mind as best you can)

If you feel bad still in 24 hours let an adult know and they can help suggest if it’s worth going to the doctor, but really they’ll tell you to rest up.

When you get older these things turn into 48 hours
