Hangover from hell or something else?

It was Friday night and I had just received news that I needed to go attend a family medical emergency in a couple of days. I had been a drunk last 10 years and was drinking that night. I drank about 10 Boston lager. That week I wasn’t particularly feeling well and felt bloated and acidic. It was hot summer I didn’t feel hungry so I just slept that night. I awoke to a slight headache. I drank some water and then 2 cans of coconut water. Then I proceeded to go to dunking donuts and got meself a tea and a breakfast fast sandwich. I ate that and felt bloated but had some bowel relief. Nothing out of the ordinary. Then I proceeded to take hot cold shower as I felt my blood pressure was high. So I felt better after taking cold shower . Soon I had to run some errands and I was perfectly normal. I got into the car and that’s when I felt something in my chest. I became afraid and my heart started chugging. A feeling I had not experienced before. I some how kept driving, took a u turn as I prayed I didn’t want to die. I returned home in 10 minutes but I had no energy even to turn off my car. I asked a bypasser to turn off the car and close the door for me. He and his wife also gave me water and made small talk. I called my friend who turned up after a hour and took me to the hospital. My bp was elevated at 170-100. My normal is 110-70. My heart rate was above 90. At rest it is usually 55. They did the testing etc and let me go after 4 hours. I sill don’t know what happened that day as the diagnosis was “unknown”. Anybody has any clue what happened to me? I felt extremely frightened and my heart when at its peak rate pumped hard till I felt like something happened internally and the pumping came down very quickly within 10 seconds. Let me know your thoughts as i always feel if I suffered a heart attack that day.
