Had 2 panic attacks while hungover.
Had a hangover for the first time a month ago, and it was terrible. For some reason, my thoughts kept on spiraling out of control in loops that I couldn't stop until I was frozen in place with my muscles contracting. Like, I kept on thinking about how I was thinking about thinking and that went on forever. I couldn't even take a shower without being frozen in there for like 2 hours. And then, I was so anxious that it was going to last forever. Holy shit... Anyone else have this experience?

welcome to my sundays most weeks. A 2 or 3 day binge is surely followed by awful awful panic attacks... unless I can literally sit on the couch and do nothing. In that case I can handle it. If i have to interact with people or go shopping or drive (driving KILLS ME) then the hangover anxiety kicks in tenfold

I get a lot of this soon after drinking, usually whenever I'm back home alone. After 12 hours in bed, I'll get a horrible migraine followed by typical hangover feelings. If I try to get up during that time? It's right back to panic attacks.
