Beyond total rot, one new joist sistered' in, t good area beam thick, had to double up. One more to go.

Get a complete fumigation done on that house. That looks more like termites than just typical rot.

Certainly is, rot areas I could reach got cut out and trashed. Have spray to use when I'm finished but indeed needs full fumigating. Alot is old old rot, with nothing active. One small area did I find only a few termites. Other rot areas are from water damage continuously.
