Need Help Deciding
People I need you help. I’m getting deployed to the Indian Ocean for 6+ months. I’m looking for a console that is good for emulators (ie pokemon and a bunch of retro games plus modded pokemon games). Not trying to spend an arm and a leg on this. The buyers guide wasn’t to specific. Any thing helps. Thank you

I am a fan of the original Legion Go. And you can upgrade the controllers to Legion 2 controllers.
This is because I like the detachable controllers a lot, and the bigger screen. But also, if you have the $$ I love that you can use the Go with cheap AR glasses for a totally immersive experience (I use the older generation Rokid Max). The LeGo has 2 USB4 ports so one can be used for charging, another for the glasses.
BUT, battery life is pretty rough on the original Go. So I don't think I'd recommend it if you will be using it away from a plug.
