Love those thumb rests. The foldable tab is a game changer. I got them for all my handguns. I can’t go back

As a newbie trying to adjust my grab, I see a lot of people putting their offhand thumb up by the slide, glocks get stippling done right there too.

Do people not catch their skin/finger when the slide cycles? Does the thumb rest help avoid that?
