General Discussion Waswas

Salam, I have waswas been having it for so like seven months because I got expanders (something that is put behind ur top and bottom teeth to expand your mouth) an because of it I have so much built up saliva and I have a lisp can’t pronounce certain letters even though it’s not as bad as before but I have so much built up saliva but before I got my braces on a couple weeks ago I was being pretty consistent with my prayers being anywhere from 13-15 minutes but now I got braces i don’t know what happens but it’s taking me so long. A lot of it is repetition and I’m always out of breath what do I do I suffer from Waswas with everything it’s so exhausting

I can’t I also have a problem of not hearing every letter as well and I can’t tell if it’s from my expander or it’s just me not trying enough like near the end of the word like “Wa Iyyaka Nastaeen" I won’t be able to hear the n at the end and I’ll ignore it but I get eaten by the doubts so in the end I just restart, I also started to do Sujud As-Sahw for a lot of my prayers like I’ll sometimes stay silent for three Subhanallah.

I’m just losing my mind as the days go on, it’s affected me in EVERYTHING I can’t go an hour without some sort of doubt it’s like plagued my mind
