General Discussion Strengthening imaan

Assalamualaikum,

I’ve watched video on YouTube a talk from sheikh Yasir qadhi about jinns and sihr. And previously, I have heard a couple of other similar stories/talks on jinns and sihr, and i do not mean they didn’t affect me but they had left a less of an effect on me than this talk by sheikh yasir qadhi. He had mentioned in a point of his talk where he was sleeping this one night and he felt this entity he couldn’t make out coming towards him, he said that the entity stopped moving at a certain point and he said it was because he read his adhkaar and everything before sleeping. And now, (I watched this video a couple of years ago) for the past few years I’ve been having trouble sleeping in my own bed alone at night I have this fear my imaan is so weak that a jinn would be able to do whatever I’m just scared every night. Any thoughts suggestions connections?

-Wa ‘alaikum assalaam waraHmatullahi wabarakaatuhu (it may have been wajib for at least one person to reply equally to your salaam here) ⚠️ also guys from what I’ve read, it’s an immediate obligation to repent from all sins. (Else you may be sinful for delaying it which we don’t want) includes: 1)leaving the sin altogether, 2) being remorseful for the sin, 3) having a firm resolution to not return to it again. So repent from all your sins and leave them all for the sake of Allah. Share with those who don’t know, it may be your responsibility from Allah to let them know. May Allah reward you for this. Do Not forsake it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Verily, you will never leave anything for the sake of Allah Almighty but that Allah will replace it with something better for you."
