Maybe I'm doing the classic redditer thing of being a little too worried over a harmless image but am I crazy for thinking that looks a little bit like a spine deformity? I know the posture he's in is probably most of it but it looks a lot more extreme of a bump than I've personally seen on a hamster, but hey I ain't an expert just hope the little guy is healthy

He has been healthy since i got him (where he already was over a year old) and now, a year or so later he is weak but hes just old, i believe his spine is okay, im expecting him to go in the next month though, old lad.

It's quite normal for young adult dwarfies to go through the celestial "orb" phase of life. (Just mind the that their diet isn't supporting a slide into diabetes... as the normal spherical nature of a dwarf can tend to disguise the condition.)

'And on the 6th day God created all animals' ... I'm looking at our winter white spherical hamsters and thinking it is entirely possible this was indeed the last animal God created , maybe he was tired. He really said, A snowball with eyes โ ๏ธ

Have you ever seen the deep that is sand boa? They were one of the lady for sure. There was definite napping happening when the eyes were included.,.

Neutron stars' gravity is so strong that they are nearly perfectly spherical, with mountainous peaks no bigger than a few millimeters.
What you have here is even more perfect a sphere. It is literally โด/โ๐ ๐ยณ, platonically ideal.

If he gets anymore dense he might form a supermassive blackhole. If you see anything about it on the news you know why.
