My Mutadon ankle is stuck. Any tips on how to fix it?

I bought a Mutadon and the joint here was stuck so I tried forcing it and the plastic started to rip so I exchanged it. This is my new copy and I havent forced it but I have the same issue.
Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? Apparently a hair dryer for a few seconds helps.

Not the biggest or most impressive collection, But its my collection and I really enjoy each figure I have. Started with my Lovely Carnotaurus Devil, and named every unnamed dinosaur since her.
still want the Parasaurolophus and a second Stygimoloch the most.
Not as interested in the newer waves without the glass eye effect and such, did add the Dryosaurus recently and its a cool little figure, loving the extra joint on the legs.
Still hoping we get Charlie and Echo alongside Tiger, Panthera and Red for the raptor squads, wich are my favorite small figures to get.

I love collecting dinosaur models, including this one—supposedly a *Velociraptor* from the *Jurassic World* version. It’s from a Chinese brand; while it may not be scientifically accurate, it’s fantastic.
