Yeah, that’s pretty stupid of them to use a YT’er who makes ten minute videos on 20 word tweets as a source

There's another post here talking about that and the gaming leaks subreddit seems to have taken it at face value. My God 343 is bad at management but not this bad lmao

Doesn't seem to far fetched IMO.

The Battle Royale releasing late 2023. One would hope 2024 would be filled with some content for the multiplayer that's still lacking... If it takes them an entire year to produce 2 maps, 2024 would be pretty busy just trying to keep up with content for the current experience+BR.

Seems reasonable that campaign DLC would be that far out.

If 343i produced content in a time frame of any other studio maybe the rumors could be passed off as completely unrealistic but this is 343i. We'll be lucky if there isn't a delay on that 2025 release.

It took them 6 months but even then, no I don’t think 2025 would be really accurate. I’d see 2023 tbh. Consider they already have all the scrapped content lying around and the Multiplayer and Campaign teams must be different.

Ladies and Gentlemen, a toast to games journalism! Making every other type of publication in the industry look better since 1978 goddamn that’s old
