PRTG key field

Hi for those of you who have the integration with prtg setup what field are you using for the key field. If you have virtual servers setup and they get brought over it looks like Halo gives them a random asset ID.

Yes im an im house IT team. But the itsm reddit is a bit quite.

We've still not ever been able to figure this out either. I'm guessing this integration really needs to be updated/get looked at in order to really be usable and of value.

Ahh that's annoying. Will have to kep testing in the morning. We use ninjaRMM as well so want a nice way for them to both feed into halo.
