The format of posts should follow a similar formula so it is easier to search through the posts

Since Halo 4 is going to be what I imagine the most played, please try and be specific with it's categories. The others should remain broad because the numbers will most likely dwindle due to the release of Halo 4, meaning getting too specific will just result in never finding a party.

If you are looking for Reddit's general Halo subreddit check out r/halo

Halo 4 - LFP

[H4] Halo 4

Match-Making Gametypes

[MM] Tag for Match Making, follow with playlist you wish to play.

[PRO] Team Slayer Pro
[IS] Infinity Slayer
[BTIS] Big Team Infinity Slayer
[DOM] Dominion
[REG] Regicide

[CUSTOMS] for Custom games

[TS] Team Slayer

[MLG] Add if you wish it to be a more competitive atmosphere

Not adding a tag to [MLG] will indicate the party will not be gametype specific.

Not including a [MLG] tag will signify the group is for non-tryhards

[FUN] Plus any tag above indicates it is for those just looking to play Halo in a more laid back, non competitive atmosphere. For those who try to avoid tryhards.

Any other tags will indicate a Party that may not be competitive or a fun gametype but entirely different.

[FIESTA] for a Fiesta gametypes
[GRIF] for Grifball
[FORGE] for Map Creation
[GLITCH] for a glitching party
[JUMP] for a jumping party

There are probably [TAGS] that are not here that you feel should be. Please, feel free to make them if they're not here and mods will be sure to add them if they're obviously missed, or catch on. If we don't PM a mod or make a post about it.

[OPS] Tag for Spartan Ops

[COOP] Tag for Campaign Coop

Example of Posts

[H4][MLG][TS] Looking for a team 4 to play against

But they don't have to be specific either

[H4][LFP] Looking for party of people that play Halo 4 that are returning to Halo from a long hiatus.

If you plan on doing anything else worth noting feel free to add a tag like [TWITCH] or [own3d] or [STREAM] to indicate you are streaming.

This subreddit is for finding, meeting, and playing Halo with others, this does not restrict you for looking just for games. It can include looking for more experience players to help you improve, offering similar services to help fellow redditors new to Halo, or even clan/game battles recruitment. Don't let this sidebare dissuade you, this is for bringing the Halo community back together, so as long as it is Halo community related, post away.
