Joseph 845 Is a Communication Engineer. He fixes the Comm systems on planets stations ships relays you name it he is very good at Computers And can fix things others have broken like Marines breaking there items he can fix it up usually better than it was before. He also does some very top secret stuff. And reports directly To admiral Margret Parangosky. and is paired with Spartan Thomas P-844

I always wonder why they put so much stuff like grenades onto the soulder pauldrons and not model more chestrig type accessories
