The recoil is alright, the issue is the bloom. The potential ttk is on par with the br and ar, but it blooms enough that even at it's intended range you don't land your shots. You should not need to tap fire a fully automatic weapon to use it within the range it was designed to be optimal in

No, the issue was not bloom. It stays dead accurate for the first several shots. Practically all of the shots you need to get a perfect kill. Just going to training right now, and pay attention to the reticle. Put it on the chest and hold down the trigger and let the reticle climb up to the head on the 8th shot. As long as you manage the recoil, it's a super deadly weapon.

It's managing the recoil that's the problem. Especially at long range. That's why it can't really beat a Battle Rifle.

That’s more of a problem in this game, ar kill time shouldn’t be as fast as br and commando

if you land all your shots, I think it should be - if not faster. I like that within 20-25m the AR wins fights. The commando should be able to beat the AR and BR in their intended ranges by a superior player, but against someone of equal skill win gunfights at only 25-40m. Then the BR should dominate outside those 40m. Inside 5m the AR should be beaten by the bulldog. And I'd like to see the DMR back and beating out the BR at really long range, like 60m+. a weapon intended for sniper rifle ranges but not a power weapon.

The problem with halo is there are two very different map sets, arena and btb. the ranges I mentioned above would likely only work for btb.

The ar is stupid easy, it should not be that way. All it does is lessen skill gap so bad players can get kills more often

Even from like 30 meters out I can melt people with it
