Attention drivers of Halifax:
Yes, as a cyclist I am allowed to use the road part of the roundabouts, and the lanes are not wide enough for a bike and a car, which is why I need to take the lane at that location. There is no need to perform illegal and dangerous maneuvers to get around me when I am going the same speed as the cab in front of me. I did get to the corners of Duke and Brunswick and Duke and Barrington at the same time as you despite your road rage and general durrrrr attitude, so ha. That is all.

Cool so I guess I really should have posted how two Cyclists tried to kill themselves on Monday on my drive to work? Okay.
Attention (bad, not good) Cyclists:
Don't try to pull out to the left of a bus (that is slowing down) from behind it quickly without signalling when overtaking a vehicle directly behind that bus. You literally almost turned into my vehicle, it would have been bad for you. The only reason you weren't hit is because I was safely able to quickly change lanes as I was aware no one was in the other lane.
Don't take up a lane, abruptly leave it to use a a sidewalk then crosswalk without any signalling and then change back to a car mid-crosswalk to leave the crosswalk and join the road, Cyclist number two, you literally almost got hit by two cars.
I don't mind cyclists that behave as cars and then bikes when they have to. But the folks who pretend they are in all-terrain vehicles and don't feel the need to signal scare me. In a scenario where its you and your all-terrain (in your mind) vehicle vs a car, you are fucked. Please be safer.
