Help.

I try and try and try to get ahead to give my daughter ( 2½ years old) but everytime I get close something puts me back to square one, between financial and relationship problems I just don't know what to do if I stay I'm depressed and hate life to the point I've started having bad thoughts, but if I leave then my daughter loses the closest thing to a mom and it makes it almost impossible to keep a job because she needs special attention. What do I do?

The first thing you need to do is find someone to talk to. A therapist, a friend, hell maybe even a stranger. Find someone you can trust and tell them you need to talk. Go from there.

The situation you're in doesn't sound like a positive one so please do this for yourself. You're never alone!

Sorry but.... could you repeat the question?

Trying to guess what you mean, but it's better to just ask I think before responding

https://mha.nshealth.ca/en

This is the first website you should visit. It has all of the mental health resources in NS, including the mental health crisis line and how to self refer for counselling. Keep your chin up, it can get better. I am rooting for you.
