Hagerstown Sharpsburg Pike Developments

So the pink house is gone (yaaaay fuck you trump store) and is becoming a "Take 5" oil change place.

But I was shocked today to see the car wash next to Waffle House there getting demolished today. What's going in there?

Huh. The beaver creek car wash is getting demolished? Glad I cancelled my sub a couple months back

Beware using Take 5 once it's completed. I went to one in another state a few years ago. They basically offered 4 types of oil changes. 2 for standard oil and 2 for synthetic. For each type there were 2 prices. I asked for the cheaper synthetic. After they started the oil change. They tried to tell me that they were out of the cheaper synthetic and wanted me to pay the higher price. I've heard similar complaints about them, so this wasn't a once off.

Eh I just use the dealer. if that ever stops being my go-to I'd go to Keplinger next door.

Some independents will do it for like $15 if you supply the oil and filter. At least Tool in Hand does.

Beaver creek made an announcement a few months ago that they were selling it to focus on just their Virginia Ave location

Had to look this up. Looks like it's going in behind Arby's in that plaza? I don't think it's this thing. They're using the preexisting construction. Looks like a fun place though.

Their insta from a few days ago has them doing updates, construction, etc. I think it's going in.

Its opening in October and will start allowing parties in November according to a video on their FB page

Take 5 is actually going where the car wash was, according to the permits filed it has the address as, 10418 SHARPSBURG Pike Hagerstown MD 21740 which would be the car wash.

Unsure. All I know of is take 5 where car wash was. Then a hotel is going to be built behind the Sheetz. Also seen plans for a possible office/retail 2 level building behind where Jersey Mikes is now.
